We are able to accept the following methods for card payments: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro and Electron.

All transactions through this website are processed using industry-standard encryption systems, which will protect sensitive information such as your name, address and payment card details. This means the data you pass to our website is encrypted and cannot be intercepted.

To give you more confidence when shopping with Forever Feeling, we are members of 'Verified by Visa' and 'Secure by Mastercard'. This service is designed to protect your card from unauthorised use.

Once you have completed payment for an order, you will then be directed to a confirmation message which will contain your order number.

An email confirmation will also be sent to your registered email address containing your order number. This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Once the Forever Feeling team have processed your order, a second email will be sent to let you know your order has been dispatched.

Once you have placed an order an email confirmation will be sent to you within 30 minutes. To avoid the email being delivered into your junk/spam folder, please add info@ForeverFeeling.com to your list of email contacts. If the email does not arrive, please contact our team at info@ForeverFeeling.com

To ensure a fast delivery process, as soon as you have placed your order, our warehouse team will begin to process the order straight away. This means that it is not possible to change or amend your order.

As soon as an order is placed our warehouse team begin processing the order for delivery. This means that as soon as your order is placed we will be unable to cancel it.

We would like to apologise if you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send our team an email which includes the order number, the name or product code of the item you ordered and any additional information which may prove useful.

To return the item please follow the steps under the section 'How do I return an item?’ we will then work hard to resolve the issue.

Here at Forever Feeling unfortunately we are unable to process
Exchanges. Once your order arrives, simply return your unopened item to us and place a new order for the item of your choice.
All items should be returned in as-new condition, with all Forever Feeling seals still attached. We will be unable to accept any returns which do not meet these terms.
