Forever Feeling reserves the right to cancel or refuse your order if a fraudulent, illegal or otherwise unauthorised transaction is suspected.

Without limiting the general foregoing (notwithstanding any other provision) of these terms, under zero circumstances will Forever Feeling be liable to you or any other persons for incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, special or exemplary loss arising from, or connection with, your use of the Service, our Terms, the subject matter of the Terms, the cancellation of the Terms or otherwise. Governing Law

Our Terms will be governed in full accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

If we fail to enforce any right/provision of these Terms & Conditions, it cannot be considered a waiver of these rights. If any of our Terms are deemed to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute an entire agreement between parties regarding our Service and replace/supersede any prior agreements we may have previously held regarding the Service.
