WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
Our Returns policy stipulates that all products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Due to the nature of our products all items must be returned unopened, this is purely down to health and hygiene reasons.
We offer FREE RETURNS for UK customers, if the item is returned in the original postal packaging. Please send to the address printed on your invoice, and simply pop the package into your nearest PostBox! Please remember to fill out the Customer Returns form found at the bottom of your invoice.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Customers in the UK & ROI have 14 days to return their item in its original packaging. For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your parcels.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you wish to return your items to ForeverFeeling, we offer FREE returns for UK Customers, if the item is sent in its original postal packaging. Please send to the address printed on your invoice, and simply pop the package into your nearest PostBox! Please remember to fill out the Customer Returns form found at the bottom of your invoice.
We're sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns for international customers, returns must be made at your own cost. All International Customers who wish to return their items can use the returns address found on your invoice. WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
We're sorry to hear this. If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 30 days of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to fill out the Customer Returns form found at the bottom of your invoice.
UK customers please return the product in its original postal packaging. Please send to the address printed on your invoice, and simply pop the package into your nearest PostBox! ROW and EUROPE Customers please post the item back to the address printed on your invoice. Please enclose proof / receipt of postage cost, in order for us to reimburse you the correct amount for your postage.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to make our returns procedure as quick as possible for our customers, but on some occasions, it is possible that some returns can take up to 21 days for your refund to be fully processed. Sometimes things can take a little longer, and if you haven't received your refund within 30 days then we urge you to contact us as soon as you can.
To help us out with chasing your returned item, we ask that you have proof of postage information from the carrier that returned your item for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
We like to keep you in the loop so you know exactly what is happening with your return every step of the way. Once we receive your returned item we'll drop you an email to let you know we've got your product. When we finish fully processing the return we'll drop you another email letting you know your refund has been processed successfully; then all you need to do is sit back and wait 3-5 working days for the money to return to your bank account. The processing time can vary a little as this part of the returns process is down to your bank.
When returning an international item you can do this at your local post office, we do however request that you obtain a receipt in order to provide proof of postage. Just remember that unfortunately, we do not refund the cost of international returned items.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately at this time we can't offer an exchange service. You would need to return the item to us and simply place a new order for the item of your choice.
